Salt Glow
Dead Sea Salts are used to exfoliate the skin of dead skin cells, remove toxins and balance skin PH. After application of the salt glow, the face glow is then applied to face using a cleanser, facial scrub, toner, facial mask and moisturizer. Followed by a shower and full body massage using warm, nourishing oils to hydrate the skin.

Body Wraps
Dead sea mud, green clay, seaweed and aloe are some of the body wraps available. Dead sea mud and green clay are good cleansing, moisturizing and detoxifying. Seaweed wraps stimulate metabolism, are high in vitamins and are most often used in cellulite treatments. These are selected for yourspecial skin type.

 Hot Stone Therapy
Hot stones are applied to the body on specific points to warm the body and bring relaxation to the muscles. The body is then massaged with the stones and therapist hands. The earth energy of the stones assist in balancing and calming the body and mind.

 Shirodhara Treatment
Shirodhara is an ancient Ayurvedic treatment, over 2000 yeas old, in which warm sesame oil is poured in a continuous stream across the forehead. Therapeutic benefits: Regular Shirodhara enhances blood circulation to the brain, improves memory, nourishes hair and scalp, assists in providing sound sleep and calms the body and mind. Shirodhara is one of the most effective treatments for reducing stress and nervous tension. This is a 2 hour treatment beginning with a full body massage followed by the Shirodhara treatment.
