What exactly are Bach Flower
Remedies? The emotional demands of our hectic lifestyles can make it
difficult to maintain a positive mental attitude consistently. Developed
in the 1930's by Dr. Edward Bach, the Bach Flower Essences are 38 plant
and flower based formulas that can help us manage the emotional demands we
face each and every day.
~~~~
Dr. Bach, a medical doctor and
a bacteriologist found that these essences not only free the body's own
healing functions but help to promote overall wellness.
When we feel fulfilled, happy
and positive you enjoy better health - you not only get more out of life
but you can give more to friends and family.
~~~~
To take the Bach Flower
Essences - simply add 2 drops of your chosen essence to any beverage and
sip at intervals. Repeat as necessary until the the desired effect is
achieved. You may combine essences by adding 2 drops of each essence and
take of drops of the mixture at least four times a day. You can also
take the essence directly by placing two drops directly on the tongue; or
by rubbing it onto the lips, behind the ears, on the temples or wrists.
Bach Flower Remedies may also
be added to bathwater.
